The Woodroffe-Pinecrest stretch is mature mid-century housing on lots that were graded in the 1960s through 1980s and have shifted since. Before we set a single paver we usually have to fix the base, the grading and the drainage the original build never accounted for.
Mature Nepean lots settle unevenly over decades, so we re-establish base and slope before any new surface goes down. South through Centrepointe and City View the lots open up and the brief shifts to bigger backyard build-outs and pool-deck rework on 1970s-1980s pool installations.
